Dormitory Improvements

This $7M dormitory facility renovation project included major changes to the partition walls and floor plan layout, new cabinetry, new interior and exterior doors, wallboard, texture, paint, carpet, and completely new bathrooms and kitchens. The heating system was completely replaced and extensive renovations to the electrical and plumbing systems were made. The exterior of the building received new balconies, stairways, and railings. This project also included new landscaping improvements to the courtyard of the Complex.

In this complex project, there were omissions in the plans of over 100 identified changes from a previous (almost identical) project, which required critical and extensive cooperation among all parties to resolve.
