The MNS Housing Team brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) compliance. Our services include HUD consolidated planning, grant administration, compliance monitoring, annual HUD reporting, affordable housing financing review, labor compliance reporting, economic development support, staff augmentation, and more.

Damien’s ability to analyze data and make informed decisions has contributed to improved project outcomes for his clients and community stakeholders. He excels in drafting and negotiating contracts and is adept at leading cross-functional teams through effective collaboration and communication.
