The project delivery teams at MNS and Teichert Construction led by Resident Engineer, Frank Sana, P.E and Project Manager, Nathaniel Gonzales, were honored with the prestigious Gold 2024 Caltrans Partnering Success in Motion award for their exceptional efforts on the State Route 156 Widening project in San Benito County. This recognition is part of the Caltrans Project Partnering Awards program, which annually acknowledges projects that exemplify the principles of partnering. The “Partnering Success in Motion Award” specifically celebrates projects within each district that excel in collaboration and teamwork.
“I am excited to receive this recognition from Caltrans, which highlights our ability to resolve construction challenges and achieve excellent project outcomes through strong relationships with clients, local stakeholders, and contractors,” said Frank Sana.
The primary objective of this awards program is to recognize success, share lessons learned, and best practices while honoring all stakeholders involved in the contract. By acknowledging teams while they are still working together, it emphasizes the importance of fostering open communication, trust, understanding, and cooperation among all parties. Caltrans and the Construction Industry are dedicated to making partnering an integral part of their business approach as it promotes a positive work environment and facilitates successful project delivery.
