Santa Barbara, CA—MNS Engineers is having a very busy 2015. Building on a successful 53 years of providing engineering services for the California Central Coast, MNS expanded its geographic region to serve clientele in both the Northern and Southern California regions. Principal Project Manager, Paul Greenway, PE, joined MNS and leads the Northern California expansion in our Salinas office. Principal Project Manager, Greg Jaquez, PE, joined MNS and opened a Pasadena office. With both offices, MNS is diversifying the Government Services division as well as increasing development opportunities for all MNS markets.
Principal Project Manager, Paul Greenway, Joins MNS Engineers
Paul Greenway, PE, brings over 25 years of civil engineering experience in public infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, buildings, storm drains, water systems, and land development entitlement processing in the Monterey County area. He arrives to MNS after leading the County of Monterey with a $300M Capital Improvements Program and responsibilities for the County’s 1200 mile transportation system as the County Road Commissioner. In addition to his civil engineering degree, Paul also holds a degree in economics from the University of Michigan, which has leveraged for financial engineering solutions to infrastructure financing challenges. Paul’s role at MNS will strengthen and position the firm’s presence in Monterey County and Northern California.

Principal Project Manager, Greg Jaquez, Joins MNS Engineers
Greg Jaquez, PE brings nearly 30 years of experience working for the Los Angeles Public Works Department, serving in a multitude of departments. Greg’s experience and many connections will support growth and expansion in the government services division as well as providing closer access to existing clients in the region.
