MNS is providing construction management, inspection, and project administration for the County of Ventura’s wastewater treatment plant improvement project. Construction is underway and features a filtrate equalization tank, bioaugmentation reactor, anoxic and aeration tanks, pumping stations, electrical equipment, and other modifications. For this carefully sequenced project, MNS is tasked with coordinating the construction while the plant remains fully operational.
This project is one of three major municipal wastewater treatment plant projects for which MNS is providing construction management services this year.
